While Mommy was off to “no-no” practice, Rachel and Gabi decided they wanted to paint. After Daddy got some advice of we went. Here are the results!

In case you're wondering what "no-no" practice is, I sing in a barbershop chorus, and one of the songs we do is called "No No Norman." Rachel just calls it "no-no" and since she associates that particular song with barbershop, in her mind it's all "no-no" and she started calling it no-no practice. And the name stuck.
It is not a parenting class, but it probably could be.
