You knew it would happen eventually. It’s not exactly a milestone, but I’m sure it is an unavoidable part of parenthood.
Church now starts at 9:00 a.m., so to make Sunday morning a little easier, I get Rachel bathed on Saturday night. We had gone to Jeff’s parents house to watch the BYU – UCLA game (BYU won 59-0 {sweet}). When we came home Jeff mowed the lawn and I fed Rachel dinner, then I gave her a bath. That was when it happened. I heard a little toot, then saw it. Yes, Rachel pooped in the tub.
Jeff was the hero of the moment. After mowing the lawn he stepped right up and cleaned out the tub while I was getting Rachel ready for bed. He’s such a good guy.
I can’t believe Noelle made me ‘shop this picture. I can’t believe I actually sent it to her! But, in any case, she wasn’t exaggerating.
Jeff, you the man!!! Either Ben or Sam (can’t remember) always waited to poop until he hit the water of the tub. Glad that’s over.
Jeff I love the photoshop pic! I’d never have known that it wasn’t really you;) I gotta hand it to you though. Poop mixed with tub water just feels (and smells) like you are cleaning a really big toilet. That was definitely heroic of you!
for some reason Jeff looks like his been working out or I been gone to long because he looks good
LOVE the superman pic of Jeff. I think every wife needs a picture of her husband like that! 🙂 I have yet to experience that first with Jonas and I’m not looking forward to it… but thanks for sharing (smirk). Ha,ha.
Ooooh! Gross! We’ve all gone thru it. I forget too fast all the fun things I’ve gone thru until I read about you going thru them. Ah, how sweet it is. Jeff is a sweetheart!
That is the coolest picture ever! He definitely gets the “best husband of the day” award.
